Refined, whitened and deodorized (RBD) palm oil is an important resource for the production of margarine and ice cream. Because of the naturally hard properties at room temperature no extra hardening is required during processing. This palm oil can be delivered at melting point ranging from 33 to 39 degrees. Refined palm olein can be delivered at the coagulation point of 6,8 and 10 degrees. The melting point lies at 24 degrees. The Palm Olein is free from cholesterol and transfat. The oil is supplied for retail packed for consumption and in wholesale packaging for industrial applications.
