Buffalo Meat

PRODUCT
Frozen Halal buffalo meat, originated from India, has a rich flavour and tastes nearly the same as beef. Buffalo is a great source of meat containing low fat and is low in calories. Additionally, buffalo meat is also well-known for its high amount of protein. Moreover, comparison has shown that buffalo meat has a greater concentration of iron and some other essential fatty acids than other kinds of meat. All in all buffalo meat can be employed as a healthy alternative for beef, chicken or other meat products.

CUTS AND PACKAGING
We can supply the following buffalo meat cuts with Halal certificate :

• Buffalo Fore quarters, 4 cuts, blade, chuck tender, cube roll and muscles.
• Buffalo Hind quarters, 4 or 6 cuts ,Topside, Silverside, Thickflank and Rumpsteak (Striploin, Tenderloin).
• Compensated buffalo meat , 40% hind quarters and 60% fore quarters.

Above products can be supplied with 93%, 95% and 98% visual lean. The regular packing is 20kg cartons. However, on request we can also supply in 10kg cartons.

USAGE
Buffalo meat can be used as a substitute for beef in many recipes. Do not cook the buffalo meat too long because of its lean texture.

SHELF LIFE
Frozen buffalo meat has a shelf life of 24 months when stored in freezer.

TRANSPORT
Frozen buffalo meat is loaded in 40-ft HC reefer containers.
